```The Band Memo Asbury Park reviews
You have GOT to make a date for next year!!
I had never seen The Band Memo live since I was living in Oakland in the summer of '72 and the single 'Down to the Nightclub' hit, but I have been a Tower of Power (TOP) fan. I have all my TOP favorites on my iPod and blast them all the time. As my wife - a music aficionado but not a fan of live concerts - said, 'this was the best concert EVER!' The sound, the music, the musicians, the personalities, the stage presence and of course - THE HORNS. It was so good, I don't know if I can ever listen and enjoy their music as much that's recorded. The Birchmere experience had me unprepared. You must see them live at the Birchmere, a perfect setting. It would not be the same at any of the other DMV venues. I cannot wait until 2026!
